Just before the Christmas holidays Enso Energy submitted a new document to Babergh & Mid Suffolk District Council, which re-opened the consultation. It would seem that the public were not notified of this new document and the re-opening of this consultation as they have been with previous consultations.
There was one document – a map showing some Potential Skylark Areas. There was no accompanying text made available to the public, thus making it difficult for the public to be properly consulted.
Here at CARE Suffolk we have tried to decipher the intentions of this document and submitted a response before the consultation closed. Again.
